Total Student development Student Programme: The issue relating to Student Development have come to the fore in the last few decades because of the fact that the benefits of economic growth do not necessarily accrue to all sections of the community automatically. The ultimate objective of social and economic changes is human development which has been defined as a process of enlarging human capabilities and choices. Apart from the basic necessities such as food, clothing and shelter, other human choices include long life, good health, adequate education and creative decision-making & leadership at work place. This, human development is multidimensional involving political, social and economic elements. It is not, therefore, surprising that countries do not rank identically on the income scale and human development scale. Keeping above factors in mind, school has come up with a unique programme known as “Total Student Development Programme”. Zero period is assigned to nurture values among students. TSDP is based on the individual and collective needs of the students there is a specially structured personality development programme with a focus on:

• Knowledge of socio-economic world trends

• Public Speaking & Presentations

• Creativity in decision making

• Situational Leadership

• Career education and Interview skills

The overall objective is to ensure that every student of A Level Programme should be unique, outstanding, knowledgeable individual with values, having Creative Mind, confident speaker who has achieved academic excellence and is prepared for HIGHER EDUCATION and LIFE LONG JOURNEY. .
